We miss Kev (AKA Daddy)

Kevin left yesterday because he has to go teach in Denver. It was a sad day for all of us. :( Kevin isn't excited about leaving us for 26 days, and we aren't happy about him leaving for 26 days either. When Kevin and I are together, we are TOGETHER, I mean 24/7. There is no one else on Earth with whom I could imagine spending 24 hours a day 7 days a week...except for perhaps my son, and that also happens. The three of us hang out a lot, so its especially hard because when we are not together, we are most definitely NOT together, like anywhere close. Luckily, with the advent of technology (thank you wireless internet and vonage phone lines) it doesn't feel so far away.

As Jameson has gotten more active, he is lots of fun to play with on the floor. He loves his blocks, rattles, books and as I have mentioned before chasing after all things he should not be chasing. Kevin has been down on the floor playing with Jameo a lot. They invented the "knock the blocks" game. Kevin stacks the four blocks on one side of the blanket and Jameo charges at them like a baby bull to knock them over. He then laughs and smiles and tries to stack the blocks himself. I meant to get it on video, but I didn't manage to do that. I did, however, get a couple pictures of Daddy and Jameo playing, and they make me smile just looking at them.
